Refund Policy – Global Tea Cafe
At Global Tea Cafe, we value transparency, trust, and fairness in every business transaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may or may not be issued for franchise-related payments.
1. Non-Refundable Payments
The following payments are strictly non-refundable under all normal circumstances:
Franchise Fees
Token Amount / Booking Amount
Once paid, these amounts cannot be refunded if the client:
Requests a project postponement
Delays the project for personal reasons
Fails to provide required documents or approvals
Changes their decision about proceeding with the franchise
Creates any form of delay or issue from their side
All such payments are made to reserve rights, resources, planning, and operational commitments; therefore, they remain non-refundable.
2. Refunds Due to Company-Side Issues
Refunds may only be considered if the delay, cancellation, or project issue arises directly due to Global Tea Cafe and not due to the client.
A refund may be processed if:
The company is unable to proceed with franchise allocation
The company terminates the franchise process due to internal reasons
The company fails to deliver agreed franchise support due to its own operational constraints
In such cases, the refund will be processed after internal verification.
3. Refund Processing Timeline
If a refund is approved (for company-side issues only), the processing time may take:
7–21 business days
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
4. No Refund for Third-Party Charges
Payments made towards:
Government fees
Licensing charges
Third-party vendors
External approvals
are not controlled by Global Tea Cafe and therefore not refundable under any circumstances.
5. Agreement Acceptance
By paying the franchise fees or token amount, the client fully agrees to the terms mentioned in this Refund Policy.
