Site Approval
The finalization of the site shall be the sole responsibility of the franchisor’s designated Site Inspector within a predetermined timeframe of one week.
In the event that the franchisee selects an alternative site, it must obtain prior approval from the Site Inspector.
Staff Hiring and Training
Staff recruitment for the café shall be carried out by the franchisor, with comprehensive training provided to the franchisee’s personnel during the outlet’s opening phase and upon request thereafter.
Design & Integration
The franchisor shall undertake the tasks related to 2D and 3D layout planning, obtaining FSSAI and MSME certifications, software implementation, integration with online platforms such as Swiggy and Zomato, Google My Business (GMB) setup, and social media marketing.
Customized Menu Development
The menu shall be tailored in accordance with input from both the prospective franchisee and the franchisor, considering factors such as location, food preferences, and mutual agreement.
Billing & Inventory Software
The franchisor shall provide the necessary billing and inventory management software to the franchisee at no additional expense.
